AI agents for messaging apps

Chat apps live on the phone, signed in as you. Axilio gives your agent a real Android phone in the cloud with your messaging apps on it, so it can read conversations, draft replies and follow up the way you would.

You decide what it does and when a person signs off. Every session is recorded and traced step by step, so you can see exactly what happened.

What agents do

The work teams hand to an agent with a phone.

1.0Jobs

01

Read and summarize

Catch up on conversations and pull out what needs an answer.

02

Draft replies

Write replies in your voice for a person to approve, then send them.

03

Follow up

Nudge contacts who haven't answered, in the conversation you already have with them.

04

Keep records

Copy agreed details, like times, addresses and order numbers, into your own systems.

How it works

A phone for your team, your accounts on it, and your agent driving it.

2.0Setup→
01

Rent a phone

A Pixel 8 reserved for your team. Install your chat apps from Google Play and sign in once; the logins stay on the phone.

02

Connect your agent

Your agent reserves the phone through the Python or Go SDK, or the CLI, and reads the screen.

03

Find and act

It finds chats, fields and buttons by their text or a plain description, then taps, types and scrolls.

04

Review

Watch it live, or replay the recording and the step-by-step trace afterwards.

Open your latest chat and read it

A read-only script: it opens WhatsApp on a signed-in phone, opens the most recent chat and prints the text on the screen. It doesn't type or send anything.

3.0Example→
Python
from axilio.platform import Client
client = Client() # reads AXILIO_API_KEY
# A dedicated phone with WhatsApp installed and signed in. The phone
# is released when the block exits, even on an error.
with client.session("android", phone_id="ph_123") as driver:
driver.locator(query="the WhatsApp app icon").tap()
driver.get_by_text("Chats").wait_for(timeout=15)
driver.locator(query="the most recent chat").tap()
driver.locator(query="the message box").wait_for(timeout=15)
# Print every line of text in the conversation on screen.
for item in driver.observe().texts:
print(item.text)

Why a real phone

The work is in the app, signed in as you.

4.0Why a phone

01

Chat apps are built for phones

Many messaging apps are made around a phone, and some only do everything on one.

02

Your accounts, signed in once

A dedicated phone keeps its apps and logins between sessions, so your agent works from the accounts you already have.

03

A phone reserved for you

A Pixel 8 on a carrier network, used only by your team, with a live view, recordings and traces of every session.
